TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN: WALL OF FAME
These terms and conditions apply to the “Wall of Fame” campaign run by Raylex, part of Oystershell Laboratories, Drongen in conjunction with D|M&S, Bruges
Participants in the “Wall of Fame” are under no obligation to purchase.
The “Wall of Fame” is taking place on a national scale, and only correctly completed details received by Oystershell via the web page www.raylex.com/en-ca/wall-fame qualify for participation in the campaign.
By taking part in the “Wall of Fame” participants declare that they agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as described in this document.
Oystershell retains the right to end the campaign or to change the rules, prices, terms and conditions, stipulations or information as it sees fit and without prior notification, without this leading to any obligation on the part of Oystershell to pay the participants compensation for any damage or loss.
Oystershell retains the right to exclude from participation any submissions that it considers to be fraudulent or unlawful.
Employees of Raylex and Oystershell and any others who are directly involved in the organisation of the “Wall of Fame” are not eligible to receive any prizes.
The “Wall of Fame” is open to anyone who resides in Belgium and has a fixed abode or residence where he or she is a registered occupant.
Each person can take part as many times as he/she wishes.
In order to take part in this campaign, participants must go to the Raylex website and fill in their name, age (optional) and e-mail address. They must also upload their nailfie (nail photograph) and write a brief summary of how Raylex has helped them to stop biting their nails (optional).
For minors aged 16 or under, Oystershell requires a parent/carer to grant permission for participation in the “Wall of Fame”.
The name and address details provided for the purpose of taking part must match the details on the participant's identity card.
Photographs are copyright-protected. You must therefore only submit photographs that you have taken yourself.
The main condition that your photograph must meet is that it features your nails. Furthermore, Oystershell has the right to exclude photographs that are not relevant to the “Wall of Fame” from participation.
Participants acknowledge these terms and conditions simply by taking part.
Participants are obliged to provide correct and complete information. Participants who submit incorrect personal details may be excluded from taking part and are not eligible to win any prizes.
So that we can contact you if you win a prize, we ask you to provide your e-mail address when taking part in the campaign. We will store this e-mail securely and will not pass it on to third parties.
The participant's details, stated on the competition form, will be stored in the organiser's database and will only be used to contact the successful/unsuccessful participants once in connection with the competition results. These details will not be used for commercial purposes. Oystershell respects the provisions of the Belgian Privacy Protection Act of 8.12.1992 with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the Act of 11.12.1998. There is a right of inspection, refusal and amendment.
The participant grants Oystershell permission to use all of his/her personal data for the organisation and execution of this campaign.
This campaign is organised by Oystershell
Oystershell and affiliated companies are not liable for any loss or damage arising from access to, use of and reliance on the information provided, unless this loss or damage is attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Oystershell.
Oystershell is not liable, pursuant to the law or this agreement, for any consequence loss or damage resulting from the campaign. Oystershell bears no liability whatsoever in respective of accidents, late deliveries, loss, damage or additional costs of any nature whatsoever arising from the campaign, the promotion, the awarding of the prize or the receipt of the prize. Oystershell is also not liable in the event of any technical faults and/or delays in receiving submissions.
